The official opening of Radio Scolaire NDERAGAKURA was
Thursday 5. April 2001.
Oddhild Günther from The Norwegian Refugee Council, the Second Vice President, Mathias Sinamenye
and the Minister of Education, Prosper Mpawenayo performed together the official opening.
The Second Vice President, Mathias Sinamenye
unveiled a plaque in rememberace of the opening day.
And following the
ceremonious part of
the opening the festivities
continued with
folkloristic
performances.
